Gregg S. Morrison is the Chief Financial Officer of the Broadcom Foundation, responsible for managing the Foundation's financial affairs. Mr. Morrison is also currently the Vice President of Tax for Broadcom Corporation and is a member of the board of directors for various Broadcom subsidiaries. He joined Broadcom in December 1999 and has held various positions at Broadcom, including Vice President, Finance Operations & Manufacturing and Vice President of Tax & Shareholder Services. Prior to joining Broadcom, Mr. Morrison was a senior manager in the tax consulting practice of Ernst & Young, LLP in Irvine, California. Mr. Morrison received a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and a M.S. degree in Taxation from the University of New Haven, and he is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. In addition, he is a CPA.
