Paula Golden is the Executive Director of Broadcom Foundation and Director of Broadcom Corporation Community Affairs. She is responsible for managing all aspects of Broadcom Foundation and ensuring that the Mission and Goals of Broadcom Foundation are achieved through funding, program development and volunteer engagement of Broadcom Corporation employees in Broadcom communities around the globe.

Ms. Golden is an attorney with a long history of achievement in nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Broadcom Foundation, Ms. Golden served as Vice President for Alliances at the X PRIZE Foundation, Vice President of the Saint John's Health Center Foundation, Director of Development for the Neurosciences at the University of California, Los Angeles, and Executive Director of The Engineering Center and The Engineering Center Education Trust in Boston Massachusetts. Before joining The Engineering Center, Ms. Golden was Assistant Dean and Instructor of Law at New England School of Law and Deputy Registrar and Chief Counsel to the Massachusetts DMV. She earned her B.A. in English and Education from Wellesley College and her J.D., cum laude from New England School of Law.

Ms. Golden has won accolades for forging successful partnerships among community leaders, philanthropic partners and corporations to achieve far-reaching strategic goals. Her success has been augmented by her extensive experience as an attorney, media personality and public speaker.
