Letter from Paula Golden
Dear Friends,
In keeping with its core mission to advance science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education, Broadcom Foundation supports initiatives where young men and women can become excited about learning math and science and envision their own future as scientists, engineers and innovators.
Broadcom Foundation partners with universities, non-profit organizations and the public where, together, we inspire and enable students from all walks of life to achieve their career goals in STEM fields. At a time when resources are scarce, Broadcom Foundation strives to leverage its contributions in order to maximize its impact in communities where Broadcom employees live and work around the globe. Broadcom Foundation actively seeks out organizations that offer volunteer opportunities where Broadcom employees can also contribute their time and talent to make a difference at the local level.
Although some foundation funding is by invitation only, Broadcom Foundation invites qualifying organizations to submit an online grant application during the annual Open Proposal Period from April 30 - June 30. As part of Broadcom's commitment to environmental stewardship, Broadcom Foundation strives to be a paperless non-profit. To this end, only online proposals will be accepted.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Paula Golden
